Hold a current SA driver's licence, be of good repute, and pass a medical, criminal-history and traffic-record check.
Submit the SA Government application form for Passenger Transport Driver Accreditation (taxi category). Forms and current fees are available at sa.gov.au.
National police clearance, medical examination (your GP) and driver-history check are arranged through your application.
Finish an SA Government-approved Taxi Driver training course. Enrol via the SA Taxis Training Portal or see our Driver Training page.
Once accredited and trained, register your interest with us via the Join page and we'll get you on the road.
